外部查詢 PubMed MeSH 的方法(ESearch, EFetch)

(1) 關鍵字查 MeSH Term，回傳 MeSH id (XML 格式)

呼叫方式
https://eutils.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/eutils/esearch.fcgi?db=mesh&term={關鍵字}

Esearch 會回傳一連串的 MeSH ID 資訊，格式請詳見以下範例

(2) 用 MeSH id 回傳 MeSH 細部內容(XML格式)

呼叫方式
https://eutils.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/eutils/efetch.fcgi?db=mesh&id={id}&retmode=xml

EFetch 會返回一個包含詳細 MeSH 詞條信息的 XML 文件。這個 XML 包含了如下信息：
  • 詞條名稱（DescriptorName）
  • 詞條編號（DescriptorUI）
  • 樹狀結構編號（TreeNumber）
  • 概念（Concept）
  • 同義詞（TermList）
  • 定義（ScopeNote）等

(3) 批量查詢 MeSH id

如果你需要查詢多個 ID，可以在一個請求中包含多個 ID，用逗號分隔：
